Lesson 3 Part 2 Challenge

The LibGuides for the public are a way to use curated information from fellow SAPL coworkers to more quickly and efficiently answer questions. These guides handle FAQs that other SAPL staff have taken the time to research. By having these FAQs handy, it cuts down on the time staff would use to answer FAQs.

The Millennium LibGuide has information when staff need to use functions such as Create Lists or Weed, or tips for Holding editors. The Circulation LibGuide has Customer Service scripts and circulation policies, as well as how to use TexShare and ILL.
